Yeah, it's not really a great example unless you weigh where he does and are already as active as he is. Can't remember, but one of them has a pretty detailed diet for 3 different things, one for weight loss, one for maintain, and one for lean gains. There's not really a 'plan' so to say, like you said, just a shopping list and what he typically does.if you're looking for an actual diet plan that sort of goes around mma type stuff I'd recommend Martin Rooney's Training for Warriors book, or maybe it's his Ultimate Warrior workout book.
